New this year!
Our Family Rewards Program was born from our desire to reward our most loyal customers, who we consider part of our Wolf Hill Family. We have always been a family owned & operated business, we consider our many employees to be part of that family, and now we invite you to become a member of our Wolf Hill Family by joining the Wolf Hill Family Rewards program.
How does it work? When you spend $200 at any of our three locations, you will automatically receive a $20 rewards coupon printed with your purchase receipt for use on your next visit to any of our garden centers. For each $200 spent before tax, you will receive another $20 rewards coupon printed with your receipt. For example, if you spend $400 on product, you will receive two $20 rewards coupons; if you spend $600 on product, you will receive three $20 rewards coupons, and so on. Coupons may be redeemed at any of our 3 locations and expire at the end of the year.
How do I receive and redeem rewards coupons? Be sure to present your Wolf Hill Family Rewards Member card or key tag when checking out at any of our 3 stores (our cashiers can also locate your account by name and/or phone number) — this is the only way to accrue rewards so it is necessary that you use your Wolf Hill Family Rewards Member account at the time of your purchase. Once you’ve met the qualifying spending benchmark (i.e. $200, $400, $600, etc.), your $20 rewards coupon will automatically print out with your receipt. Keep in mind that rewards accrue based on the total amount of product purchased less any coupons or promotions and before tax. Please hang onto your coupon — unfortunately, we are unable to print you a replacement at this time, and the physical coupon must be present when redeeming a reward, no exceptions. When redeeming a reward coupon, you must spend at least the amount of your reward on products before tax (buy a $31 product with $20 in rewards, $60 in products with $40 in rewards, etc.), and you can combine up to 200 coupons at a time. Rewards coupons can be used at any of our 3 locations, and they expire at the end of each calendar year.
Are there any spending exclusions? The only Wolf Hill purchases that do not count towards rewards coupons are landscaping and snow plow services. Design consultation services, delivery fees, and shipping/handling fees do count towards rewards coupons. Sales tax applied to your purchases is not included in rewards accrual. Previous purchases are not eligible for rewards accrual.
Who can join? The Family Rewards Loyalty Program was created for personal retail accounts - to benefit our retail customer’s for shopping with us. Customers with wholesale, contractor, or other discount accounts (i.e. Garden Club Members, Business-to-Business, etc.) are not eligible to combine their existing discount with participation in the program.
How much does it cost? It’s free to sign up!
