Currently, we have EIGHT positions available:

1). Tree & Shrub Department Manager for our Ipswich location

This position is a managerial position and requires knowledge and experience in a managerial field. We are looking for 'take charge, take ownership' personality - a person who is not only willing to make decisions for their department, but just as importantly, follows them through to completion. This department will be yours - your success depends on your achievements.

2). Tree & Shrub Department Assistant Manager for our Ipswich location

This position requires tree & shrub knowledge. Candidate must have strong customer service skills and a creative eye for merchandising and product display. Candidate will assist the Tree & Shrub manager in all aspects of the department.

3). Annuals & Perennials Assistant for our Ipswich & Gloucester locations

This position requires Garden Center retail experience with a solid working knowledge of plants, their use in the landscape, and related pests & diseases. Candidate must have strong customer service skills and a creative eye for merchandising & display of product. Candidate will assist the Annuals & Perennials Manager in all aspects of this department.

4). Bulk Yard Manager for our Gloucester location

This position requires knowledge of bulk materials: bark mulch, loam, stone, bricks, firewood, etc. Candidate must be experienced in customer service & sales to contractors and homeowners. Candidate will be responsible for purchasing, inventory control, operating machinery with proper licenses and coordinating deliveries with assigned personnel & vehicles.

5). Bulk Loader/Mechanic for our Gloucester location

This position requires experience with a backhoe/bobcat in loading bulk material for customers. The mechanic aspect of this position will maintain our landscape equiptment & vehicles.

6). CDL Driver for our Ipswich & Gloucester location

This will be a full time position (40 hours). A clean driving record and being able to work on Saturday's is a requirement. There will be some lifting involved in this position. Snow plowing experience is a plus.

7). Snow Plowers/Delivery Drivers for our Gloucester location

There are a few positions available, part time & full time. Snow plowing experience is a must.

8). On Call Drivers for Saturday's for our Ipswich & Gloucester locations

These employees will be on call for the busy part of our season (spring). A clean driving record is required.

9). Landscape Supervisor for our Gloucester location

This supervisory position requires 5 years landscaping experience, including ability to work with stone

and pavers building walls and patios. Apply at Gloucester location - see John.
